Personal Training Packages

Do you need a personal training programme? Real Fitness Bristol offers a wide variety of personal training sessions and programmes tailored to your individual needs. We offer 1 hour, 3 hour, 6 hour and 12 hour packages for one-to-one personal training and one-to-two personal training if you would like to share the cost and the challenge with a partner, colleague or mate.
One-on-one training gives you the perfect opportunity to develop your own training schedule and to reach your individual goals. The advantage of one-on-two personal training, apart from cheaper per hour costs, is that you have someone to buddy up with, to work together with for shared goals and to compete with as you progress.

Outdoor Training Packages

Our outdoor training programmes are also divided into one-to-one and one-to-two programmes. As with the gym-based personal training packages, the Outdoor PT bundles are broken down into 1 hour, 3 hour, 6 hour and 12 hour packages. Naturally, these are spread out and take place in the wonderful outdoors - open to the full randomness of British weather here in Bristol. Our Outdoor PT exercises are designed to maximize the outdoor experience, work on cardiovascular exercises and improve aerobic performance. Whether training alone or with a buddy, we are able to offer the personalised, outdoor training programmes to reach your goals.

Four Week Suicide Camp

Time’s running out and you’ve still got all that work to do. Sounds impossible, doesn’t it? Well, it does not have to be. Sure, you should have been changing your lifestyle and working out for months by now, but it’s not all finished. It’s not all over. You’ve got four weeks and are determined to go down swinging. You’re determined to jump into our four week suicide camp - a training regime so tough it’ll be the making or breaking of you. Yes, it’s going to be messy. Hell yes, it’s going to be painful, but it will be organised and it will be structured. And most of all, you are going to get fantastic results!

Beach-fit / Wedding-fit

Got your holiday booked? Set the date for the big day? Well, now is the time to get in shape whether it’s to show off on the beach or look good in and out of your suit. Real Fitness have two packages, the 6 week intense beach/wedding fit programme and the 12 week extended programme. Each package includes four hours of personal training sessions a week, structured and personalised guidance and a protein shake after every workout.
