This includes taking fitness into the real outdoors, but keeping it personal with one-to-one and one-to-two training sessions attuned to your needs.

One-to-one Outdoor PT

Real Fitness offer personal one on one training programmes which are individually tailored to your needs and goals. We have divided these into hour-based packages. You can pick a single hour or multiple hour packages in threes - 3, 6 and 12. Here is a breakdown of our packages and their costs:

One-to-two Outdoor PT

Not only can you purchase one-on-one outdoor PT packages, you can also train with a friend, relative or work colleague. We have designed our one-on-two packages along similar lines to our one-on-one packages but here you share the activities, share the instructor and share the costs. On a per hour basis, you will be paying less. Here is a breakdown of our one-on-two training bundles:

There are many advantages to co-training with someone. Providing you are of similar fitness levels and have similar goals, we can tailor programmes to fit your needs. The advantage of having a training buddy comes from cooperation and competition. Training alone, even with an instructor, can be a tough thing to do; especially in terms of keeping up moral, keeping the fight going, but with a buddy, you have someone to lean on, work with, support and who will support you right back.
