One-to-one Personal Training

We offer individually tailored one on one personal training programmes. These are divided into 1 hour, 3 hour, 6 hour and 12 hour bundles. The more hours you purchase, the lower the per hour price is. Here’s a listing of our available PT bundles:

The advantage of one on one personal training is that all training sessions and schedules are attuned to your needs and your goals. We work with all of our clients before we start a programme in order to assess where you are in terms of fitness and bodybuilding, what your goals are and how best we can achieve them while keeping it real.

One-to-two Personal Training

In addition to one on one personal training, we also offer one on two personal training. In these sessions you and a friend, partner, training buddy or colleague can take training sessions together with one of our professional trainers. The principle is the same as one-to-one PT, but in this case the per hour cost is shared between you and your mate, so working out cheaper overall per hour. Here’s a list of the options and costs:

The advantage of one on two personal training is that you have someone to work with, cooperate with and have a friendly contest with. The best advantages comes when you are relatively similar in terms of base fitness and aspirations. Disadvantages include less individualisation of the training programme and the split attention of the trainer. However, this is more than made up by the competitive nature of working together to reach individual and shared dreams.
